Ingredients
- Pork and beef mince600 g
- White bread80 g
- Milk100 ml
- Egg1 pcs
- Onion1 pcs
- Broth700 ml
- Cream150 ml
- Capers2 tbsp
- Butter40 g
- Flour2 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Lemon1 pcs
- Mustard1 tsp

Soak bread in milk and squeeze it out.

Mix mince with egg, bread, onion, anchovy or mustard, salt, and pepper.

Form small meatballs and poach them in gentle broth for 10–12 minutes.

For the sauce, melt butter, add flour, then gradually whisk in broth.

Add cream, capers, and lemon juice, and cook until thickened.

Return the meatballs to the sauce and serve with boiled potatoes.
