Ingredients

  • Halloumi200 g
  • Cucumber2 pcs
  • Tomatoes3 pcs
  • Red onion1 pcs
  • Greek yogurt300 g
  • Lemon1 pcs
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Salt1 tsp

Instructions

Cut halloumi into thick slices.

Slice pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion for the filling.

Fry halloumi in a dry or lightly oiled pan until golden marks appear.
