Ingredients

  • Potatoes700 g
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Butter40 g
  • Milk300 ml
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Broth500 ml

Instructions

Peel and cut potatoes, carrots, and onion into large pieces.

Place vegetables in a pot, cover with water or broth, and season with salt.

Cook until completely tender.

Drain most of the liquid, leaving a little for texture.

Mash the vegetables with butter into a coarse mash.

Serve with braised beef, sausage, or gravy.
