Bosnian small meat dumplings with yogurt and garlic

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Beef mince500 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Plain yogurt200 g
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Butter40 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

For Klepe, cut onion, garlic, beef mince and wheat flour into serving pieces.

Brown beef mince lightly.

Add onion and garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in plain yogurt and butter and add the ingredients.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.
