- Wheat flour400 g
- Beef mince500 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Plain yogurt200 g
- Garlic3 cloves
- Butter40 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste

For Klepe, cut onion, garlic, beef mince and wheat flour into serving pieces.

Brown beef mince lightly.
