Ingredients
- Wheat noodles250 g
- Unsweetened soy milk800 ml
- Cucumber1 pcs
- Sesame seeds1 tbsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper0.5 tsp

Instructions
Simmer or warm the broth with the spices and aromatics listed in the recipe.
Prepare Wheat noodles, Unsweetened soy milk, Cucumber, Sesame seeds separately so every component is ready for the bowl.
Cook the noodles separately to the right texture, then drain or rinse as needed.
Balance the broth with salt, sauce, acidity, or spices from the recipe.
Place noodles and toppings in a bowl and ladle the hot broth over them.
