Zucchini fritters with feta and herbs.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini2 pcs
  • Feta200 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Dill20 g
  • Mint15 g
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Grate the zucchini, salt it, let stand for 10 minutes, then squeeze well.

Chop the dill and mint and crumble the feta.

Mix the zucchini with feta, egg, flour, herbs, salt, and pepper.

Shape small fritters or patties.

Fry in olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side.

Serve hot or warm with yogurt sauce.
