Ingredients

  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Bulgur250 g
  • Raisins80 g
  • Cinnamon0.5 tsp
  • Pumpkin500 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Fresh mint10 g

Instructions

Grate or finely chop pumpkin, lightly salt it, and squeeze out excess liquid.

Mix pumpkin with bulgur or rice, raisins, mint, cinnamon, and a little oil.

Roll the dough into circles.

Place filling on one half and fold into a half-moon.

Seal the edges and place on a baking sheet.

Bake at 180°C until golden.
