- Boiled beef or eggs500 g
- Cream200 ml
- Dill40 g
- Wheat flour250 g
- Vinegar1 tbsp
- Broth700 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions

For Czech Dill Sauce, cut dill, boiled beef or eggs and wheat flour into serving pieces.

Brown boiled beef or eggs lightly.

Add dill and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in cream, vinegar and broth and add the ingredients.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
