Ingredients

  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Milk300 ml
  • Butter40 g
  • Sugar80 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Dry yeast7 g
  • Cinnamon2 tsp
  • Cardamom1 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

Make yeast dough from milk, flour, yeast, sugar, cardamom, salt, and butter.

Let the dough rise until doubled.

Roll into a rectangle, spread with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Roll up and cut into the traditional angled buns.

Proof the buns, brush with egg, and sprinkle with pearl sugar.
