- Milk300 ml
- Water150 ml
- Dry yeast5 g

- Baking soda0.5 tsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Butter30 g
Instructions

Mix warm milk, water, yeast, and sugar.

Add flour and salt and mix a thick batter.

Rest for 45 minutes until bubbly.

Add baking soda dissolved in a spoonful of water.
