Semolina Porridge with Milk

Ingredients

  • Semolina60 g
  • Milk500 ml
  • Sugar1.5 tbsp
  • Butter20 g
  • Salt1 щіпка
  • Cinnamon0.5 tsp

Instructions

Heat the milk until almost boiling, then add salt and sugar.

Reduce the heat to low.

Pour in the semolina in a thin stream while whisking constantly.

Cook for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
