Matsvnis Supi
A traditional home-style soup with a hearty base and aromatic seasoning.
Ingredients
- Matsoni600 g
- Rice300 g
- Egg2 pcs
- Fresh mint15 g
- Garlic3 cloves
- Salt1 tsp
- Black pepper0.5 tsp
- Vegetable oil2 tbsp
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients: rinse grains or legumes, and cut the meat and vegetables according to the recipe.
In a pot, sauté the onion, garlic, and spices if they are part of the soup base.
Add Мацоні, Рис, Яйце, М'ята свіжа, cover with water or broth, and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer until the meat, legumes, or grains are tender.
At the end, add herbs, yogurt, lemon, or other finishing ingredients included in the recipe.
Adjust the salt, let the soup stand briefly, and serve hot.
