- Beef and pork mince800 g
- Garlic cloves5 cloves
- Paprika1 tsp
- Cumin1 tsp
- Baking soda0.5 tsp
- Mustard80 g
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions

For Romanian Mici, cut garlic cloves and beef and pork mince into serving pieces.

Brown beef and pork mince lightly.

Add garlic cloves and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in water and add paprika, cumin and baking soda.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.
