Fried bread crumbs with garlic, paprika, and sausage
Ingredients
- Stale bread400 g
- Chorizo150 g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Paprika1 tsp
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Green pepper1 pcs
- Water500 ml
Instructions
Cut or tear the stale bread into small pieces and lightly sprinkle with water.
Slice the chorizo, cut the green pepper into strips, and lightly crush the garlic.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic, chorizo, and pepper for 3-4 minutes.
Add the bread and paprika and mix well.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring often, until the crumbs are toasted but not dry.
Serve hot as a hearty breakfast or side dish.
