Ingredients

  • Beef or chicken cutlets600 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Breadcrumbs180 g
  • Flour80 g
  • Garlic cloves2 cloves
  • Parsley15 g
  • Oil for frying250 ml
  • Lemon1 pcs
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Pound the cutlets thin, then season with salt and pepper.

Beat the eggs with minced garlic and parsley.

Coat each cutlet in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

Let the breading rest for 5 minutes so it sticks better.

Fry in hot oil for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
