Ingredients
- Miso paste40 g
- Tofu200 g
- Wakame seaweed5 g
- Dashi granules10 g
- Spring onion20 g
- Water700 ml
Instructions

Heat the water in a pot and dissolve the dashi granules in it.

Cut the tofu into 1 cm cubes.

Soak the wakame in cold water for 5 minutes, then drain.

Heat the dashi almost to a boil and reduce the heat.

Dissolve the miso paste in a small amount of hot broth and return it to the pot; do not boil after adding miso.

Add tofu and wakame, warm for 1–2 minutes, and serve with spring onion.
