Romanian small grilled sausages made from beef and pork mince

Ingredients

  • Pork and beef mince500 g
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Paprika2 tsp
  • Cumin1 tsp
  • Mustard1 tbsp
  • Sparkling water80 ml
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Mix the mince with minced garlic, paprika, cumin, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Gradually add the sparkling water and knead the mixture for 5 minutes until elastic.

Cover and chill the meat mixture for 1-2 hours.

Shape into small skinless sausages.

Grill or pan-fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.

Serve hot with mustard, bread, or a potato side dish.
