- Raisins50 g

Instructions

Mix eggs, milk, flour, a pinch of salt, and a little sugar into a thin pancake batter.

Rest the batter for 15 minutes, then fry thin pancakes.

Mix farmer's cheese with sugar, vanilla, raisins, or zest if desired.

Spread the filling on the pancakes and roll or fold them.
