Pasta with Sausage and Broccoli
Hearty pasta with Italian sausage, broccoli, and garlic
Ingredients
- Orecchiette or penne320 g
- Italian sausages300 g
- Broccoli300 g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Chili flakes0.5 tsp
- Parmesan80 g
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
Instructions
Cook orecchiette or penne in salted water until done, reserving a little cooking water.
Prepare the sauce: chop garlic and warm in a pan.
Add italian sausages and garlic and cook to the right tenderness.
Stir in olive oil, broccoli, chili flakes and parmesan and heat into a smooth sauce.
Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little cooking water for a creamy texture.
Serve immediately while hot.
