Pasta with Tuna and Tomatoes
Simple home pasta with canned tuna and tomato sauce
Ingredients
- Pasta300 g
- Canned tuna180 g
- Canned tomatoes400 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Garlic2 cloves
- Capers1 tbsp
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water until done, reserving a little cooking water.
Prepare the sauce: chop onion and garlic and warm in a pan.
Add canned tuna, canned tomatoes, onion and garlic and cook to the right tenderness.
Stir in olive oil and capers and heat into a smooth sauce.
Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little cooking water for a creamy texture.
Serve immediately while hot.
