Ingredients

  • Potatoes600 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Feta or white cheese180 g
  • Mint10 g
  • Butter40 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Flour2 tbsp

Instructions

Grate the potatoes and squeeze out some excess liquid.

Add onion, egg, mint, salt, pepper, and a little flour if needed.

Grease a pan or baking dish well with butter or oil.

Spread the potato mixture evenly.
