Ingredients

  • Pork800 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Sweet paprika2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste2 tbsp
  • Sour cream for serving100 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

For Pork Porkolt, cut onion, pork and tomato paste into serving pieces.

Brown pork lightly.

Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in water and add sweet paprika and sour cream for serving.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.
