  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Farmer's cheese300 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Sour cream150 g
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Sugar1 tsp

Instructions

Make a soft dough from flour, water, oil, and salt and let it rest.

Mix farmer's cheese or bryndza with egg and herbs, or sugar for a sweet version.

Roll the dough into thin rounds.

Place filling in the center and fold the edges toward the middle.

Fry the plăcinte in a little oil until golden on both sides.
