Home-style polenta with sausages in tomato sauce
Ingredients
- Cornmeal250 g
- Italian sausages350 g
- Canned tomatoes400 g
- Onion1 pcs
- Parmesan80 g
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions
For Polenta with Sausage Tomato Sauce, cut canned tomatoes, onion, cornmeal and italian sausages into serving pieces.
Brown cornmeal and italian sausages lightly.
Add onion and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Pour in olive oil and add parmesan.
Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.
Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
