Ingredients

  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Potatoes600 g
  • Bryndza cheese250 g
  • Sour cream150 g
  • Bacon120 g
  • Salt1 tsp

Instructions

Make yeast or unleavened dough and let it rest.

Crumble bryndza and mix with egg and herbs if desired.

Divide the dough into portions and roll into rounds.

Place filling in the center and seal the pies.
