Provencal Fish
White fish baked with tomatoes, olives, and herbs
Ingredients
- White fish fillet600 g
- Canned tomatoes400 g
- Olives80 g
- Garlic2 cloves
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Herbes de Provence1 tsp
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 180-200°C.
Prepare canned tomatoes and garlic: cut, boil, or saute the components that need precooking.
Arrange canned tomatoes and garlic in the dish in layers or as an even mixture.
Add white fish fillet, olives, herbes de Provence and olive oil as the topping, cheese, sauce, or aromatic part.
Bake until browned on top and fully cooked inside.
Let the dish rest for 5-10 minutes and serve.
