Ingredients

  • Green papaya400 g
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Cherry tomatoes150 g
  • Peanuts60 g
  • Limes2 pcs
  • Fish sauce2 tbsp
  • Chili1 pcs
  • Sugar1 tsp
  • Garlic2 cloves

Instructions

Peel the green papaya and shred it into thin strips.

Pound garlic and chili in a mortar.

Add green beans and bruise them lightly to release juices.

Add papaya, tomatoes, fish sauce, lime juice, and palm sugar.

Toss and lightly pound so the ingredients absorb the dressing.
