Ingredients

  • Plain yogurt200 g
  • Cucumber2 pcs
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Dill20 g
  • Walnuts50 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Lemon1 pcs
  • Oil2 tbsp

Instructions

Finely chop or grate the cucumbers and squeeze out excess liquid.

Mince the garlic and chop the dill.

Mix thick yogurt with cucumbers, garlic, dill, and walnuts.

Add salt, a little oil, and lemon juice if desired.
