Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh500 g
  • Thin lavash3 pcs
  • Plain yogurt200 g
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Tomatoes1 pcs
  • Cucumber1 pcs
  • Cumin1 tsp
  • Smoked paprika1 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Dill15 g
  • Cilantro15 g
  • Lemon1 pcs

Instructions

Marinate the chicken thighs for 1 hour in yogurt, lemon, cumin, coriander, garlic, and paprika.

Fry or bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes, then slice thinly.
