Bread dumplings with bacon, onion, and herbs

Ingredients

  • Stale bread350 g
  • Bacon180 g
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Milk300 ml
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Parsley20 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Flour2 tbsp

Instructions

Cut stale bread into cubes and fry finely chopped bacon.

Cook onion in the bacon fat until soft.

Mix bread, bacon, onion, eggs, milk, flour, and herbs.

Rest for 15 minutes so the bread absorbs the liquid.
