Ingredients

  • Thin rice noodles250 g
  • Shrimp or chicken250 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Bell pepper1 pcs
  • Carrot1 pcs
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Curry powder2 tsp
  • Soy sauce3 tbsp
  • Oil3 tbsp

Instructions

Soak the noodles in hot water until soft, then drain.

Quickly cook the eggs as an omelet or scramble and set aside.

Cut the vegetables into thin strips.

In a hot skillet, cook the shrimp or chicken until done.

Add vegetables, curry powder, noodles, and soy sauce and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.

Return the eggs, toss, and serve hot.
