British boiled eggs wrapped in sausage meat and crisp breadcrumbs.

Ingredients

  • Eggs6 pcs
  • Sausage meat500 g
  • Flour60 g
  • Breadcrumbs150 g
  • Oil for deep-frying800 ml
  • Mustard1 tsp

Instructions

Boil four eggs for 6–7 minutes, cool, and peel.

Divide sausage meat into 4 portions and flatten.

Wrap each egg in sausage meat.

Coat in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.

Deep-fry or bake until golden and the meat is cooked.
