- Potatoes600 g
- Wheat flour250 g
- Butter40 g
- Salt1 tsp

Boil potatoes in their skins, cool, peel, and grate.

Add flour and salt and quickly knead into a soft dough.

Divide into balls and roll into thin flatbreads.

Cook lokše on a dry hot pan on both sides until spotted.

Brush cooked flatbreads with melted butter or goose fat.

Serve savory with cabbage or meat, or sweet with poppy seeds.
