- Wheat flour250 g
- Milk300 ml
- Eggs2 pcs
- Parsley20 g

Instructions

Mix the egg, milk, flour, a pinch of salt, and some parsley into a thin batter.

Fry a thin pancake on a greased pan on both sides.
