Mandu Soup
A popular korean home-style dish with mandu dumplings, broth, eggs, well suited for a family weekly menu.
Ingredients
- Mandu dumplings500 g
- Broth1200 ml
- Eggs2 pcs
- Spring onion30 g
- Garlic cloves2 cloves
- Soy sauce2 tbsp
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
Instructions
For Mandu Soup, cut spring onion, garlic cloves and eggs into convenient pieces.
In a pot, warm a little fat or liquid and gently cook spring onion and garlic cloves for 3-5 minutes.
Add eggs, spring onion and garlic cloves and pour in broth and soy sauce.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and cook until the firmest components are tender.
At the end, stir in mandu dumplings, broth and soy sauce, then season with salt and pepper.
Serve the soup at the right temperature: hot for hearty soups or well chilled for cold soups.
