Ingredients

  • Pork600 g
  • Lemon1 pcs
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Oregano1 tsp
  • Garlic3 cloves
  • Potatoes700 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste
  • Dried oregano1 tsp

Instructions

Cut the meat into large pieces and season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon.

Marinate for at least 1 hour.

Thread the pieces onto skewers, leaving some space between them.

Cook slowly over charcoal or on a grill, turning regularly.

Brush with oil, lemon, and oregano while cooking.

Serve with pita, salad, potatoes, and tzatziki.
