Norwegian fluffy pancakes made with cultured milk

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Sugar80 g
  • Butter40 g
  • Kefir or cultured milk400 ml
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Cream150 ml
  • Sour cream100 g

Beat the eggs with sugar until lightly foamy.

Add kefir or sour milk and melted butter, then mix.

Add flour with a pinch of salt and make a thick batter.

Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.

Cook small thick pancakes on a dry or lightly greased pan for 2-3 minutes per side.
