- Gruyere200 g
- Emmental200 g
- Dry white wine150 ml
- Garlic3 cloves
- Bread200 g
- Dry wine150 ml

Grate the Gruyere and Emmental.

Rub the fondue pot with the cut side of a garlic clove.

Pour in the white wine and heat until almost simmering.

Gradually add the cheese, stirring constantly until fully melted.

If the fondue is too thick, add a little wine; if too thin, heat for a few more minutes.

Serve hot with bread cubes for dipping.
