Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs900 g
  • Yogurt250 g
  • Lemon1 pcs
  • Garam masala2 tsp
  • Paprika1 tbsp
  • Ginger20 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

For Tandoori Chicken, cut chicken thighs into serving pieces.

Brown chicken thighs lightly.

Add aromatics and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in yogurt and add lemon, garam masala and paprika.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.

Adjust salt and pepper and serve hot.
