Ingredients

  • Cod fillet700 g
  • Canned tomatoes400 g
  • Bell peppers2 pcs
  • Onion1 pcs
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 to taste

Instructions

For Bacalao con Tomate, cut canned tomatoes, bell peppers, onion and garlic into serving pieces.

Brown canned tomatoes, bell peppers, onion and garlic lightly.

Add onion and garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Pour in olive oil and add cod fillet.

Simmer gently until tender and the sauce is thick.
