Ingredients

  • Wheat flour400 g
  • Plain yogurt200 g
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Baking powder1 tsp
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Sugar1 tsp
  • Milk200 ml
  • Water500 ml

Instructions

Make a thick sticky dough from flour, water or milk, yeast, salt, and a little sugar.

Add yogurt, cheese, or finely chopped ham if desired.

Cover and let rise for 30-45 minutes.

Heat oil in a deep pan.

Drop small spoonfuls of dough into the oil and fry until golden.
