  • Veal600 g
  • Cream200 ml
  • Eggs2 pcs
  • Breadcrumbs70 g
  • Butter40 g
  • Green peas150 g
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Black pepper1 to taste

Keep the veal cold and mix it with cream, egg, salt, and pepper into a delicate mixture.

Shape thick round patties with wet hands.

Coat the patties in breadcrumbs.

Fry in butter over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side.

Warm the green peas separately with a little butter.

Serve the Wallenbergare with peas and mashed or boiled potatoes.
