Baked Ziti

Ingredients
- Ziti or penne400 g
- Tomato sauce600 g
- Ricotta250 g
- Mozzarella250 g
- Ground meat400 g
- Parmesan80 g
- Salt1 to taste
Instructions
Cook ziti or penne in salted water until done, reserving a little cooking water.
Prepare the sauce: chop tomato sauce and warm in a pan.
Add ground meat and tomato sauce and cook to the right tenderness.
Stir in ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan and heat into a smooth sauce.
Combine the pasta or noodles with the sauce, adding a little cooking water for a creamy texture.
Serve immediately while hot.
