Ingredients

  • basmati rice250 g
  • smoked fish300 g
  • egg4 pcs
  • onion1 pcs
  • curry powder2 tsp
  • butter40 g
  • parsley20 g
  • lemon1 pcs
  • milk200 ml

Instructions

Cook the rice until fluffy.

Steam or gently heat the fish in milk, then flake it.

Boil eggs hard or medium-soft.

Fry onion in butter with curry powder.

Add rice, fish, parsley, and lemon juice; mix gently.
