- leek2 pcs
- potato4 pcs

- rutabaga250 g
- parsley20 g
- broth or water400 ml
Instructions

Cover lamb with water or broth and simmer for 45 minutes, skimming foam.

Add carrot, swede, and potatoes cut into large chunks.
