Ingredients

  • halloumi200 g
  • cucumber2 pcs
  • tomato3 pcs
  • red onion1 pcs
  • greek yogurt300 g
  • lemon1 pcs
  • black pepper1 to taste
  • salt1 tsp

Instructions

Cut halloumi into thick slices.

Slice pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion for the filling.
