- shortcrust pastry600 g
- beef400 g
- potato300 g
- rutabaga or turnip200 g
- onion1 pcs
- butter40 g
- salt1 to taste
- black pepper1 to taste

Dice beef, potato, swede, and onion finely.

Season the filling with salt and plenty of pepper.

Roll the pastry into circles.

Place filling on one half and add a small piece of butter.

Fold over and crimp the edge.

Bake at 190°C for 45–50 minutes until golden.
