- flour300 g
- milk300 ml
- water150 ml
- dry yeast5 g
- sugar1 tsp
- baking soda0.5 tsp
- salt1 to taste
- butter30 g
Instructions

Mix warm milk, water, yeast, and sugar.

Add flour and salt and mix a thick batter.

Rest for 45 minutes until bubbly.

Add baking soda dissolved in a spoonful of water.
