  • feta or white cheese180 g
  • mint10 g
  • butter40 g
  • salt1 to taste
  • black pepper1 to taste
  • oil2 tbsp
  • flour2 tbsp

Instructions

Grate the potatoes and squeeze out some excess liquid.
