- mint10 g
- butter40 g
- salt1 to taste
- black pepper1 to taste

Instructions

Grate the potatoes and squeeze out some excess liquid.

Add onion, egg, mint, salt, pepper, and a little flour if needed.

Grease a pan or baking dish well with butter or oil.
