Ingredients
- chicken fillet or thighs600 g
- leek2 pcs
- cream200 ml
- chicken broth300 ml
- flour2 tbsp
- butter50 g
- puff pastry400 g
- salt1 tsp

Cut chicken into pieces and brown lightly.

Slice leeks and cook in butter until soft.

Add flour, then broth and cream while stirring.

Return chicken, simmer for 10 minutes, then cool the filling.

Transfer to a dish and cover with puff pastry.
